Important Note for the Client

These documents are standard boilerplate templates. They should be considered a starting point, not legal advice. We strongly recommend that the client have their legal department or attorney review and refine the final version to ensure it fully aligns with their business requirements and provides appropriate legal protection.

Here's the email to the customer:

Hi [Name],

I wanted to share the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions we’ve prepared for your site. These documents are based on standard boilerplate templates and include all the essential sections most websites typically use.

Before publishing them, we recommend reviewing the content carefully and updating any details specific to your business, such as company name, contact information, and any practices unique to your operations.

Because these are general templates and not customized legal documents, it’s important that your legal team or attorney review them to ensure they fully cover your business, comply with any industry-specific requirements, and provide the appropriate level of protection.

Once everything is confirmed on your end, we can publish the final versions to your website.

If you need anything else, feel free to let me know.

**Include document copy for customer to the emial.
