This SOP details the process for successfully cancelling a customer's services.

  1. Access the Cancellation Form: Go to agency.britecode.io and locate the "Forms" section to find the cancellation form.
  2. Customer Completes the Form: The customer must fill out the form, select the services they are cancelling, provide a signature, and hit "Submit".
  3. Confirmation and Ticket Generation:
    • Upon submission, the customer receives a copy of the cancellation via email.
    • The submission automatically creates a ticket that needs to be processed.
  4. Alternative Method (Using Canned Responses):
    • Navigate to "Tickets".
    • Use a canned response that contains a link to the cancellation form.
    • Go to "Canned Responses" and select "Cancellation Form" to insert the link into the ticket.
  5. Processing the Cancellation Ticket:
    • Once the ticket is generated, "ping" the appropriate personnel.
    • The following individuals handle specific cancellations:
      • Jen cancels billing.
      • Ram handles WP maintenance cancellations.
      • Ram can also be assigned to cancel "Pressable".
  6. Account Closure: This process successfully closes an account for a customer who wants to cancel services.
