This SOP details the process for successfully cancelling a customer's services.
- Access the Cancellation Form: Go to agency.britecode.io and locate the "Forms" section to find the cancellation form.
- Customer Completes the Form: The customer must fill out the form, select the services they are cancelling, provide a signature, and hit "Submit".
- Confirmation and Ticket Generation:
- Upon submission, the customer receives a copy of the cancellation via email.
- The submission automatically creates a ticket that needs to be processed.

- Alternative Method (Using Canned Responses):
- Navigate to "Tickets".
- Use a canned response that contains a link to the cancellation form.
- Go to "Canned Responses" and select "Cancellation Form" to insert the link into the ticket.
- Navigate to "Tickets".
- Processing the Cancellation Ticket:
- Once the ticket is generated, "ping" the appropriate personnel.
- The following individuals handle specific cancellations:
- Jen cancels billing.
- Ram handles WP maintenance cancellations.
- Ram can also be assigned to cancel "Pressable".
